Double appointment at Spazio Collicola on July 18 and 24 at h 19
On Sunday 18 July and Saturday 24 July at 7 p.m. two interesting appointments of the project A Tribute to Umbria for the Crater 2021 will be held in Spoleto at Spazio Collicola.
Sunday 18 July will be the turn of the Euterpae Ensemble (Donneincanto), consisting of three opera singers, Tullia Mancinelli and Francesca Bruni, sopranos, and Rachele Raggiotti, mezzo-soprano, accompanied by Sabina Belei on piano. The singers will give life to a show characterised by continuous changes of dress and exhilarating scenes with a musical programme that features the most famous opera arias, operetta, Neapolitan songs and motifs from the 1960s.
On Saturday 24 July the fantastic Fidelio Ensemble, formed by gypsy-style violinist Alessandro Golini, accordionist Sandro Paradisi, percussionist Juri Pecci and guitarist Paolo Battistini. The programme includes music by Astor Piazzolla, Paolo Conte, Bob Dylan, Luis Bacalov, Trevor Jones, Nicola Piovani, Ennio Morricone, Fabrizio De Andrè and others.
Both events are included in the programme that the “Tribute to Umbria” project is carrying out in the cities affected by the 2016 earthquake.
The main supporters are the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Regione Umbria, which wanted to encourage the cultural and therefore also the economic rebirth of the areas hit by the 2016 earthquake. The City of Spoleto has offered its patronage and logistical collaboration.
The initiative is also sponsored by the Umbria Chamber of Commerce and Unicef Italy, which will be present with its volunteers.
