The scenic concert Le creature by Prometeo with original costumes by Roberto Capucci and music by Ludwig van Beethoven will be held in Piazza Duomo and performed by the Orchestra del Carlo Felice di Genova conducted by Andrea Battistoni (August 28), while Luca Zingaretti will perform on the last Saturday of the Festival (29 August) with the reading of La Sirena from the story Lighea by Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa.

The sixty-fourth edition of the Spoleto Festival dei Due Mondi, the first programmed by artistic director Monique Veaute, opens on Friday 25 June 2021.
