Spoleto will celebrate New Year’s Eve with TRANCE CONTINENTAL EXPRESS, starting from 22.30.
In the heart of Spoleto, on the palaces’ façades and on the floor of Piazza della Libertà, a journey around the world will come to life through images and sounds. The five continents will meet and contaminate each other with incredible visual suggestions, accompanied by the compelling rhythm of Italian folk music performed by Rione Junno and then, after midnight, by a Trance live set, specially designed for the most magical night of the year.
A Danny Rose Paris project, curated by BIPEDE Booking and Production and Danny Rose Paris.
2017 has been an extraordinary year for Levante, marked by her successful last record Nel caos di stanze stupefacenti, her first novel Se non ti vedo non esisti (Rizzoli), two sold-out tours and, hear ye, her TV debut on X Factor; time to go on and tread the boards with her new 2018 show.
After Europe, the tour will hit Italy and on Saturday 24 February it’ll be staged at the Teatro Nuovo Gian Carlo Menotti in Spoleto, in a version which is more suitable to the theatre frame.
Caos in teatro tour 2018 includes 14 concerts in the main Italian theatres. Levante will present her last work and the songs which marked her artistic career in brand new arrangements.

ROSSO
Mosè Chiavoni (clarinet/soprano saxophone) and Luciano Biondini (accordeon) in concert
Welcome tasting with organic wine by Cantina Di Filippo
Entrance fee: € 10.00
Mosè Chiavoni (clarinet/soprano saxophone) and Luciano Biondini (accordeon), both Umbrian, present “Rosso”, a captivating journey through Klezmer music with original pieces characterized by a Central European sound. A musical idea, both distant from and close to them, and shared for a long time, which allows them to masterfully interact in a chamber music that resonates with improvisation as well as with echoes of different geographical origins. The duo plays with sound volumes and speed, without ever losing sight of music’s singability and rhythmic drive.
